“Don’t Lie (Revisited)” Is Making Some Serious Noise
The reactions to “Don’t Lie (Revisited)” featuring Richard Sjunnesson are beginning to roll in, and it seems our rebuilt version of the song is hitting exactly as hard as we intended.
Originally released on Finally Nerved in 2008, “Don’t Lie” was given a complete overhaul for our fourth album, Kompromat.(opens in new tab) This is no simple remaster. The song has been reconstructed with heavier guitars, electronic textures, massive choirs and sharper, more contemporary production.
The addition of Richard Sjunnesson, known from The Unguided and formerly Sonic Syndicate, brings another level of aggression to the track. Richard previously joined us on our interpretation of Leila K’s classic “Electric”, which has surpassed one million streams on Spotify.
On “Don’t Lie (Revisited)”, his growls collide with Petra Kvännå’s melodic vocals, creating the contrast that has become one of the song’s most talked about elements.

Swedish industrial metal rebuilt for today
Tomi Perrakoski of Metal Madness Weekly(opens in new tab) reaches a similar conclusion, calling the new version a full reconstruction 
rather than a reissue.
